Lykens Valley Bison offers full-service, farm-to-table catering for weddings, corporate events, festivals, private parties, and special gatherings throughout Central Pennsylvania. As a family-owned farm, we take pride in serving locally sourced, scratch-made meals using premium ingredients — many of them raised right on our own farm.
 

Our catering menus feature house-smoked bison, pork, and chicken, thoughtfully prepared and paired with a wide variety of homemade sides and appetizers. Every catered meal includes beverages and dinner rolls, along with on-site service using a professional serving line at no additional cost, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
 

Hosting a smaller gathering? Groups under 50 guests are welcome — please call for custom pricing. Don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our menu? We’re happy to customize catering options when possible to fit your event’s needs. Taxes and applicable fees apply.
